This website and online shop are run by Premier Solutions, a property maintenance company based in Las Vegas, Nevada (“we”, “us”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Property maintenance services are provided under separate written estimates or service agreements, and those documents govern that work.
Products and prices
We describe products and show photos as accurately as we can; colors and print placement may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time, but the price shown in your cart when you pay is the price you pay. If a product was listed at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders
Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email after payment. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is no longer available or we suspect fraud — and if we do, we refund you in full. We may limit quantities per order.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Nevada sales tax is added at checkout for Nevada addresses.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping is described in our shipping policy. The risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered to your shipping address.
Returns and refunds

Our content
The Premier Solutions name, logo, product designs, photos and text on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Using this website
Please do not misuse the website: no attempts to break in, overload it, collect data automatically or send harmful content. Information on this website is general and may change without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product you bought from our shop is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Clark County, Nevada, unless the law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
